Error description

  • When installing Notes 8.5.3 standard client from scratch, the
    installation is
    stopped with the following error.
    
    "The launcher failed with an error. refer to C:\Program
    Files\IBM\Lotus\Notes\Data\workspace\logs\rcplauncher.log for
