    Connections is running as normal
    For some reason, the database server must be restarted or a
    backup taken which will close open connections
    Database server is back up
    
    A user now switches to Homepage after the database server has
    been restarted
    The time after the database restart when doing so is not
    important, it could be immediately or a few minutes afterwards.
