  *** This is reproducable only with German Notes 701 client, NOT
  with English
  5010 bookmark.ntf/701 Notes client.
  
  Cust ENV: Win XP SP2 German
  
       Domino Server 7.0.1
  
       Notes Client 7.0.1 Ger
  
  -When customer upgraded notes clients from German 5010 to German
  701 and enables
  
     "Save Window State on Exit" in User Preferences of Notes
  client and open few
  databases
  and does File -exit Notes they get error
  
  
  
  Steps to reproduce (example German 5010 bookmark.nsf in
  attachments database):
    test env: win2000 sp4/domino 701/German 701 Notes client
  
  1. Install German 7.0.1 client  single user or all clients
  version
  2. Enable  "Save Window State on Exit" in User Preferences of
  Notes client
  3. Close Notes client and replace bookmark.nsf by German 5.010
  bookmark.nsf
      and restart Notes client
  
  
  4. You see that bookmark.nsf is upgraded to
  R7.
  
  5.  Open few databases
  6. Do File- Exit Notes and you get message box with error
  (screenshot above)

  L2 Troubleshooting done:

  Reproduced the issue (error message "Required folder not
  found..."  when save
  window state enabled and few databases open during exit)   by
  creating
  bookmark.nsf this way:
        1. Shut down a German Notes 7.0.1 client (client only)
  
        2. Replaced the bookmarks.nsf (R7) with german
                   bookmark.nsf from a German Notes 5.0.10 client.
  
        3. Restarted the Notes Client
  
        4. Open the bookmark.nsf into the designer client and
  under
           "Folder" and the folder "More Bookmarks\Last State" is
  visible
           but is not used from the Notes Clients new feature
  
           "Save windows state on exit", However, when looking
  from
           More bookmarks, open databases are not listed there in
  "Last State".
  
  
  
  
  
  
  Test 2:
  
  
  
  Did NOT Reproduce the error message  "Required folder not
  found..."  when save
  window state enabled and few databases open during exit)with
  English 5010
  bookmark.nsf and English
  701 Notes client, so seems to happen only with German version:

  even to your English Notes 701 clients data directory and
  restart client

Local fix

• rename bookmark.nsf, customer does not want to use it since 1500
  clients
  affected and bokmarks would be closed.
