LO46606: "NOTE ITEM NOT FOUND" ERROR ON RIGHT CLICK OF APPOINTMENTS WHEN READ/WRITE ACCESS IS SET

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Delegated users with either Lotus Notes 8.5 or 8.5.1 Basic
  configuration get
  an
  error when right-clicking on other user's appointments entry
  within their
  calendar.   ( the entry in not
  open)
  
  -error messages are "A menu item was not found" and "Invalid
  Menu
  Handle"
  
  -calendar entry must be an appointment. Meetings and other
  entries
  don't produce the problem.
  -Delegate cannot be in the Mailfile ACL
  
  -error occurs on Basic configuration only (standard seems fine)
  
  -User must have read "Read, create, edit and delete any Calendar
  Entry,
  To Do or Contact". If user has read only permissions, the error
  does
  not occur.

• The users need to open the entry to see options
