Error description
Customer requests that when LDAP searches, queries and extracts are done, to not allow an email address to be generated for users that don't have one defined in their person doc. This adds some confusion for them when they use their anti-Spam product, IronMail when it does an LDAP query on the address book. It creates a 'mail attribute' field that is not necessarily correct, as some of these addresses are not real. They've removed internet addresses for users and groups for various reasons. To recreate: Remove entry from 'internet email address' field in the person doc Start an LDAP search, query or extract (this customer used IronMail Antil-Spam) When the action is completed, the users that didn't have an internet email address defined now have one in the tool (Ironmail) that has been constructed based on the rules in the global domain doc to convert an address if one doesn't exist. They find these addresses in their mail attributes in Iron mail.
