Error description

• Set up a Lotus Domino 8.5 server with ID Vault & policy
  Register a new user
  Log in with the user.id to Lotus Notes
  The ID is successfully stored in the ID Vault
  Unnecessary error messages appear in the ddm.nsf and log.nsf:
  
  
  ID failed to authenticate in vault 'O=XXt'.  'USER'  (IP address
  1XX.XXX.XX.XX)
  made request. Error: Entry not found in index
  As these are new users, the ID cannot authentice with the vault
  as the ID does
  not exist yet in the ID Vault.
