APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • If a user account is cancelled from the portal database you are
    unable to log into the portal as that user.
    

Local fix

Problem summary

  • Despite the information of the user being stored and accessed
    from the management server, the portal was over restrictive in
    checking the state of the user. So once the portals local copy
    of the account was deleted that user could no longer log in.
    

Problem conclusion

  • This issue is addressed in API Connect 2018.4.1.7
