LI80985: WHEN ADDING SECURITY DEFINITION IN API AFTER SELECT OAUTH2 AND CLICK SAVE A WARNING MESSAGE SHOWS UP

Error description

• In API Manager, when adding a security definition in an API,
  after select OAuth2 and click Save a warning message show up on
  the page: "None of the configured OAuth Providers match the
  gateway type of this API"
  
  Steps leading to the issue:
  Go to API Manager -> Develop -> API.
  In an API, go to "Security Definitions", click "Add".
  Enter "name", in "Type" select "OAuth2", complete all the
  required fields, click "Save".
  A warning message show up on the page: None of the configured
  OAuth Providers match the gateway type of this API.
  After few seconds it automatically redirect to the API's
  "Security Definitions" page.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• When adding OAuth type security definition in API, after save a
  warning message show up. This message is incorrect and is
  misleading. That's due to the problem that after a save the
  `oauthProviders` prop will be reset to empty array, hence the
  incorrect massage shows up.
  

Problem conclusion

• The fix has been delivered to APIC 2018.4.1 FP8.
