Error observed when adding a gateway service to a new catalog:
"A Server Error occurred An error occurred communicating with
the gateways subsystem at  <url>:3000' (status: 550, response:
 '"Unable to create configuration for API Management. Error:
Unable to add catalog configuration. The API Connect Gateway
Service is not registered with an API Manager instance."'). 500

may find that they are unable to a gateway service to a catalog.

Problem conclusion
