Problem summary

  • <span style="background-color:rgb(255, 255, 255)">In API Connect
versions before 2018.4.1.7, if a user is a member at multiple
scopes within a provider organization such as
provider-organization/catalog/space, the deletion of the user
might fail with HTTP 404 error.</span>

Problem conclusion

  • <span style="background-color:rgb(255, 255, 255)">Fix is
targeted for inclusion in API Connect v2018.4.1.7</span>
