LI80586: CUSTOM FIELD VALUES ARE NOT SAVED DURING USER REGISTRATION

Error description

• Steps to recreate:
  1. Go to Configuration->People->Account settings.
  2. Add a Boolean type  to the registration form and marked as
  "Required field" with a unchecked box as it's default value in
  "Manage fields" tab from. ("Required field" is checked)
  
  To configure the "Manage form display " tab follow the
  following:
  
  -In order to configure the registration form, go to Manage form
  display, go to Register tab (not Default tab),
  
      Create a fieldset to contain T&C content called "T&C
  (manage form display)"
          Click "add group", choose "fieldset" as format
      Put the "I agree to the Terms and Conditions" under it (by
  dragging right action). The checkbox will then appear under T&C
  content.
  
  I moved all in the "Field" area
  
  3. Set as single on/off checkbox in Manage from display tab.
       Set Yes/No as display value in Manage display tab.
  
  To configure the "Manage display" tab perform the following:
  
  -In order to configure to user profile page, go to Manage
  display, go to Default tab,
  
      Create a fieldset to contain T&C content (similar to
  "Manage form display " configuration)
          Click "add group", choose "fieldset" as format, put T&C
  content into description, then you will see T&C in the user
  profile page.
      Put the "I agree to the Terms and Conditions" under it (by
  dragging right action).
      Set Output format as Yes/No for "I agree to the Terms and
  Conditions", then your account view show Yes/No as the output
  value
  
  I moved all in the "Field" area
  
  4. Register a new user and tick the required checkbox in order
  to complete the registration.
  
  5. Login to the new user account.
  
  6. Go to user profile page (My Account->View)
  
  7. The checkbox value displayed on the page is always its
  default value "No".

• If the portal admin had added other custom fields to the user
  registration page then their values would not be saved when the
  account is created.
