APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • Unable to broadcast an email to those who have subscribed a
particular API Plan in Sandbox Portal.
There are two options to choose whom to receive the emails
(Owners or Members) in Email Subscriber function under 'People'
Tab and select 'Plan Subscribers'.
When chossing 'Members' option, the expected output should be
both developers and owners will receive emails but only owner
receive emails, developers do not receive any.

Problem summary

  • The Email Subscribers wizard in the developer portal has Role
options to email consumerorg owners or all members. The members
option did not correctly include all the consumerorg members.

Problem conclusion

  • The all consumerorg members option does now correctly email all
members of the consumerorg.
