Error description
When editing an existing application, which has a certificate associated with it, the Developer Portal will not display any information to inform the user about the presence of the certificate.
Local fix
To check whether or not an Application has a certificate associated with it the following toolkit command can be used apic-slim apps:get certapp -c mycat -o myorg --consumer-org myconsorg -s api_manager which will return a yaml file describing the application certapp The section named "application_public_certificate_entry" will contain the certificate.
Problem summary
Developer Portal users using Mutual TLS authentication in their applications were not presented with the current certificate associated with their application when viewing the Edit Application page.
Problem conclusion
The Edit Application page now correctly displays any certificate currently set enabling users to ensure it has been saved correctly.
