LI80437: RUNTIME STATUS CHANGE FOR OUTPUT OF "HA LIST" COMMAND

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• runtime status change for output of "ha list" command
  
  when a runtime status check timed out it will show as "???".
  

Local fix

• increase time out value for ha list either 10 seconds or 20
  seconds in place of default value of 2 seconds
  

Problem summary

• The cli command `ha list` has a default timeout of 2 seconds to
  check the runtime status. When timed out, the status is set to
  `down`. This is misleading if the user is unaware that the
  command had timed out.
  

Problem conclusion

• The runtime will now show `???` for unknown status in the event
  that the command does not correctly return a value due to
  timeout or failure. If the command is able to retrieve a status,
  it will be shown as `Up`, `Down`, `Starting`, or `Stopping`.
