    resulting binary either loops or segfaults during runtime.

    PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
    Runtime failure or segmentation fault due to incorrect
    aliasing.
    The problem is related to the aliasing of reference parameter
    shadows after inling.
    A dangling shadow symbol is recorded in the reference parameter
    entry.
    

Problem conclusion

  • The fix is to make sure the reference parameter shadows
    recorded is the last mapped ones.
