Error description

• When trying to compile a large test case where the definition of
  a struct is missing, the compiler seems to issue an internal
  compiler error at parse time.

Problem summary

• USERS AFFECTED:
  Users who have incomplete member classes may see an internal
  compiler error instead of a valide incomplete class error
  message.
  
  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  An internal compiler error occurs during an attempt to process
  an incomplete member class.
  

Problem conclusion

• The compiler has been fixed to detect such cases and an
  internal compiler error is no longer generated.
  The correct incomplete class error message is now generated.
