Error description
Management center client is used with the promotions tool to view promotions. Users have it either split vertically/horizontally, and when viewing the promotion they have multiple panels open. They attempt to click into the specific category that a promotion may have and are not redirected to that category. However, if users only have one panel open, then they are getting redirected.
