• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Here is the reproducing SQL:
  db2 "alter wrapper MQ options (add  db2_threadsafe 'N')"
  DB21034E  The command was processed as an SQL statement because
  it was not a  valid Command Line Processor command.  During SQL
  processing it
  returned:
  SQL1842N  Option "DB2_FENCED" of type "WRAPPER" for object "MQ"
  found  near  "ALTER WRAPPER" is not valid.
  Reason code= "15".  SQLSTATE=42616
  

Local fix

• db2 "alter wrapper MQ options(add db2_threadsafe 'N', set
  DB2_FENCED  'Y')"
