  Performance of the Role Bindings page in Process Admin Console,
  when opened in Internet Explorer 8 or previous versions, was
  very
  slow. This was due to presence of additional formatting code in
  while rendering in IE.
  

Problem conclusion

• This problem was resolved by removing additional formatting code
  from methods run when loading the user list widget of the Role
  Bindings page.
  
  Install/Dependency information is available in the readme.txt on
  FixCentral. When the user goes to the download files page in
  FixCentral, the readme will be available with the fix package as
  a separate download.
