Error description

• Action to print Process Diagram from Portal in IE8 results in
  blank page. Other supported browsers work as expected

  When the print button on a process diagram is clicked using
  Internet Explorer the diagram closes and the printed results
  are blank
  

Problem conclusion

• The fix is to not close the diagram and to modify the content
  correcty during the print operation so that it is not blank.
  
  Install/Dependency information is available in the readme.txt
  on FixCentral. When the user goes to the download files page
  in FixCentral, the readme will be available with the fix
  package as a separate download.
