Version 7.5.1 Fix Pack 1 for the IBM Business Process Manager products

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Updating the lombardi-format.js file as suggested but it
  does not appear to help in the case of output fields. Formatting
  is still not applied.

Problem conclusion

• CoachDesigner.xsl was not correctly handling certain custom
  attributes, so this file was modified to correct the issues.
  
  Fix available on Fix Central and also included in next major
  release/fix pack.
