IV94455: READ ONLY BOOLEAN FIELDS ARE NOT GRAYED OUT IN 3.5.2

Error description

• In 10.3.1/3.3.1.3 when a field is read-only the check box is
  grayed out for the boolean field,
  
  In 10.3.1/3.5.2 there appears to have been a change.  When a
  boolean field is read-only, the check box is not grayed out.
  So the user tries
  to click it and all the user sees is that it does not appear to
  be working.  This happens regardless of whether IE v11 or
  Chrome is used.

Problem summary

• Need to add a style to the checkbox to show it is readonly.
  

Problem conclusion

• Changed the read only checkbox style so it will look different
  from the selectable checkbox.
  This is targeted to the 1h2017 release.
