IV94392: BAR CHARTS NOT SIZED AND CENTERED WITHIN PORTAL SECTIONS

Error description

• In IE11 only, bar charts that in past versions of TRIRIGA (e.g.
  3.4.2.4) displayed in their entirety through a portal section
  are not being displayed completely in TRIRIGA 3.5.2.
  Instead of the report being sized so that all bars fit, there is
  extra white space to the left of the chart and only the first
  few bars are appearing.  When the portal section is maximized,
  more bars show, but the whole chart is still not present and
  centered in the portal section.

Problem summary

• Charts have too much white-space on left and chopped off to
  the right. The issue was that IE has limitations with flex-box,
  flex-grow, and min-height, which caused charts in smaller
  portal sections to get chopped off. The fix is to change the
  charts body from flex-grow: 1 to flex-basis: 90%, and to make
  the bottom label height 20px where needed. This fix also
  resolves an issue where the bottom label was disappearing on
  smaller portal sections.
  

Problem conclusion

• Resolved an Internet Explorer issue where charts in smaller
  portal sections were getting chopped. Also resolved an issue on
  all browsers, where the bottom title on charts in smaller
  portal sections was not displaying.
  This is targeted to the 1h2017 release.
