Error description

• The problem : Gantt View screen flickers on and off when the
  mouse overs the  screen.
  
  Steps to replicate.
  1. Go to the Graphical Scheduling application - Open any
  schedule
  having any WOs.
  
  2. Click Gantt View.  You can see WO's lists in the Gantt View.
  Then, try to keep mouse overs the screen.  Then,  Screen keeps
  flickering.
  
  This problem is only occurred in IE 11 with Windows 10 ( no
  issue in FireFox,  no issue in IE11 with win7 )
