IV94211: BULLETIN BOARD MESSAGES NOT GETTING WRAPPED TO FIT THE SCREEN

Error description

• Bulletin board messages not getting wrapped to fit the screen
  
  The Bulletin Board message opens in one long line forcing users
  to
  scroll to the right to read the full message.
  
  In Maximo 7.5 version, this was working fine. The Messages get
  wrapped
  to fit the screen.
  
  To replicate :
  
  1. Go to Bulletin Board app and make sure you have a bulletin
  board
  that has a long message, long enough to need to be displayed in
  multiple lines
  2. Create a communication with this bulletin board and make
  sure you
  send it to Maxadmin
  3. Log into maximo as maxadmin and on the Start Center screen,
  click on
  the bulletin board link to read the message.
  
  The Bulletin Board message opens in one long line forcing users
  to
  scroll to the right to read the full message.
  
  NOTE :  In Maximo 7.5 is displays as multiple lines and you can
  see the
  whole message without need to scroll the screen.

Problem conclusion

• In maximo.css, set the white-space value to normal for the bbm
  class.
