IV94001: When the SA options has different value set than the Map Service, point is not converted

Error description

  • Steps to Replicate:
    1) Place a Service address with the Latitude/Longitude, it will
    store the coordinates with values -90 / 90
    2) Switch the coordinates to use X/Y rather than Lat/Long in the
    Organisation app
    3) In the Map Manager, update the Initial Extent to use the X/Y
    values
    4) Create an asset and add the service address with SA from
    number 1
    5) Go to the map
    Notice that the location will be somewhere else (probably in
    the ocean) rather than where it needs to be.
