    Concerns/Problem:
    When the customer import 500 location records with Locations
    Application Import function, some DB2 cursors keep opening and
    can not be released.
    This issue also occurs when run the application import to
    delete the imported locations. The DB2 cursors keep opening
    after the locations are deleted.
    
    
    
    Steps to reproduce the issue:
    1. Create a new object structure. Object has LOCATIONS only.
    Check the Support Flat Structure check box.
    2. Exclude all attributes except the below 5 attributes:
    Location
    Description
    Status
    Siteid
    Type
    Parent
    Systemid
    3. From Object Structures application ? select action menu,
    open Add/Modify Application Import support. Add Application =
    Location
    Default File Type = Flat File.
    4. Add the application import function to maxadmin group in
    Security Groups application ? application = Location.
    5. Go to Locations application, open the application import
    dialog box, select the import file.
    6. Before run the application import, run the below query on
    the DB2 command console:
    db2 select agent_id,open_loc_curs,open_rem_curs from
    sysibmadm.snapappl
    When running the application importing, run the above query
    again.
    After finish the application import, run the above query again.
