APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • 1. Create a new storeroom call FROMST.
    2. Add GL Control Account: 6000-100-000
    3. Create a storeroom call TOST.
    4. Leave all GL fields blank.
    5. Create a new item called MA1 and add it to the FROMST
    storeroom.
    6. Go to the Inventory Usage application and create a new usage
    document of type TRANSFER to transfer a quantity of 1 MA1 from
    the
    FROMST storeroom to the TOST storeroom.
    7. Add GL Debit Account in addition to the account that is
    pulled from
    the FROMST storeroom.
    8. Change the status of the usage document to SHIPPED and
    create a
    shipment.
    9. In the Shipment Receiving application receive the shipment.
    10. Go to the Inventory application and view the inventory
    transaction
    for item MA1.
    The result is that the GL Debit Account is NULL for the
    SHIPRECEIPT line.

    * Inventory Usage document. However, the gldebitact was not    *
    * carrier over to the shipment receiving.                      *

  • This is fixed in code.
