Error description

• Steps to Replicate:
  1) Go to the Assets Application and click on the Map tab. (Open
  record)
  2) Click the Identify tool and change the tolerance
  3) Click the Home button on the top left
  4) Go back to the assets application and click on the Map tab
  Notice that the persistence is not kept. The persistence is
  only kept hen moving from the Map to another tab, but not when
  leaving the pplication. client believes leaving the application
  should also remember the persistence
