APAR status

Error description

  • When users use DirectPrint of many records very quickly without
    waiting for the previous Direct print to complete, all records
    do
     not print and sometimes null appears in place of the "Printing
     is in Progress.. "dialog.
    
    steps: -log into maximo
     -go to any application like WOTRACK
    -select any record
     -send the record to direct print(click DP icon on toolbar)
    -select another record and send it to print and repeat many
    times over , it will eventuall result in "printing in progres.."
