  1) Navigate to Assignment Manager Application
  2) Make sure that available time is displayed in Labor List
  3) Left click anywhere in Labor List
  
  INCORRECT BEHAVIOUR:
  The available hours in the row that was clicked are shifted left
  
  EXPECTED RESULT:
  The available hours in the row that was clicked are NOT shifted
  left
