IV92925: PROBLEM WITH SCHEDULE START AND FINISH DATES IN WORK ORDER TRACKING APPLICATION

Error description

  • PROBLEM:  problem with schedule start and Finish dates in Work
    Order Tracking application
    
    PERFORMANCE ISSUE: N
    
    STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
    Set the system property "mxe.skd.syncwodates" to 1
    
    Go to Work Order Tracking application
    Create a new work order  e.g. MAY7 with description "MAY7"
    
    Set the target start and target finish dates to 7AM - 12PM on
    Dec 20th
    Go to the Plans tab, Labor sub-tab, enter a craft
    
    Go to the Graphical Assignment application, enter a query to
    bring up
    the newly created work order e.g. WONUM LIKE 'MAY%'
    
    Go to the "work view" tab
    The work order "MAY7" shows up
    Drag the work order to Dec 20th 10AM - 3PM
    
    Save the record
    Hyperlink to the work order
    confirm that scheduled start and scheduled finish dates have
    been
    updated correctly
    
    Go to Graphical Assignment and try to move the record forward
    by a day
    i.e. Move it to Dec 21 , 9:15 AM
    
    Save the record
    
    Go back to work order 'MAY7', the scheduled start has not been
    updated
    (THIS IS THE PROBLEM).
    But Scheduled Finish has been updated.
    
    Go to Graphical Assignment application
    Right click on the work order "MAY7" from the "Work View" tab
    select Available Labor and select a labor from the list.
    
    Move the WO to 4th Jan, 2017 10AM
    Save the record
    The scheduled start date has not been refreshed
    
    
    CURRENT ERRONEOUS RESULT:  scheduled Start date and scheduled
    Finish
    Date have NOT been updated in Work Order Tracking application
    even
    though the WO has been assigned.
    
    EXPECTED RESULT:  scheduled Start date and scheduled Finish
    Date should
    be updated in Work Order Tracking application
    
    
    ADDITIONAL INFO:  replicated in TPAE 7606 IFIX 001 with
    Scheduler 7.6.4 in maxdemo
