Error description

  • Client is having an error while running Reorder Item. The error
    is:
    "BMXAA6713E - The MBO fetch operation failed in the mboset with
    the SQL error code 1008. The record could not be retrieved from
    the database. See the log file for more details about the
    error."
    
    The error is appearing when the Description on WPSERVICE is
    removed which in some cases is possible.
    
    Steps to Reproduce:
    Go to Work Order Tracking
    Create a new record (e.g. WOTEST)
    Go to Plans > Services tab, click new row
    Line Type: Service
    Description: TEST
    Quantity: 1
    Unit Cost: 1
    Line Cost: 1
    Vendor: (e.g. FSC)
    SAVE.
    Clear the Service Description field
    ** After hitting SAVE, it removes the required check on
    Description field, and you can save the record by deleting
    description
    SAVE it again.
    Approve the WO
    Go to Inventory, under List tab
    Select Action > Run Reorder Direct Issue Items and Services
    Uncheck "Run in background mode?" checkbox.
    Click Preview
    A System Message will appear:
    "BMXAA6713E - The MBO fetch operation failed in the mboset with
    the SQL error code 1008. The record could not be retrieved from
    the database. See the log file for more details about the error.
