Error description

  • The problem : status has not ben inherited to child/task WO.
    Version:
    Tivoli's process automation engine 7.6.0.5 Build 20160611-0100
    DB Build
    V7605-45
IBM TPAE Integration Framework 7.6.0.5 Build 20160610-2330 DB
    Build
    V7605-50,
IBM Maximo Asset Management Scheduler 7.6.3.0 Build
    20160611-0100 DB
    Build V7630
    -25,
IBM Maximo Asset Management Work Centers 7.6.0.0 Build
    20160610-1318 DB
    Build V7
    600-38,
IBM Maximo Asset Management 7.6.0.5 Build 20160611-0100 DB Build
    V7604-01
    Steps to replicate.
    1. Go to the Jobplan Applicattion
    - create TESTJP1 jobplan
      in Task, add one task.
      save
      activate it
    - Create TESTNJP1 jobplan
in task, add one task having the nested jobplan(TESTJP1)
    which is
    created in the step 1.
      save
      activate it
    2. Go to the PM applicaiton.
    - create a PM ( 0PM1)
      location : BR400
      in Jobplan : TESTNJP1
      Work order status : WSCH.
*** Make sure that Child Work Orders and Tasks Will Inherit
    Status
    Changes? is checked !
      set frequency accordingly
      save
      change status to active
    - Generate work orders. ( ex. 1205 WO is created)
    3. Go to the WORKORDER
    - Find 1205. status is WSCH as mentioned in PM.
    - Go to Plans- Child WO (1206). . status is not WsCH but WAPPR (
    wrong!!)
Also, open 1206 wo. there is a task WO having not WSCH status
    but
    WAPPR ( incorrect !!)
    4. Now, Try to change status for 1205 to APPR.
Because 1205 WO's Inherit Status Changes? is checked,
    child/task WO's
    status should be changed together.
But, only 1205 WO's status is changed to APPR. (incorrect !)
