IV91663: IN GRAPHICAL SCHEDULER CLICKING ON THE DESCRIPTION OF A WO WITH ZERO DURATION DOES NOT AUTO ZOOM TO THE GANTT BAR.

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When you double click on the Descrription of a WO in GS it
  should auto zoom to the bar on the Gantt View.    This works
  correctly if the WO has a  duration greater than zero.    But
  if the duration is zero, nothing happens.    It should auto
  zoom to the bar (a diamond for zero duration bars) just as it
  does in the case where the WO has a non-zero duration.
  
  Steps to reproduce:
  1. Put in two new WO,   Give one a duration and leave the other
    one's duration at zero.
  2. Go to GS and create a new Schedule.  Put in a Work Query
  that selects the 2 new WO created above.    Save.
  3. Click on the Gantt tab.
  4. You will see two rows, one for each of the new WO.
  5. Open up the Description column.
  6. Double Click on the Description of the WO with the non-zero
  duration.
  7.  You will see the Gantt auto zoom to show the bar.
  8. Scroll the date ribbon to some other time.
  9. Double Click on the Description of the WO with the duration
  of zero.
  
  This is the problem, nothing happens.    It should work the
  same as double clicking on the Description of the WO with the
  non-zero duration.
