Error description

  • PROBLEM:
    entering the meter reading on quick reporting  for work
    orders with multi asset the meter reading for the location is
    being
    called when trying to enter the meter reading on the individual
    asset.
    
    PERFORMANCE ISSUE: No
    
    STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
    1.GO TO >> ASSETS >> METERS
    2.Create a new meter called METER_TEST
        -Enter CONTINUOUS in Meter Type
        -Enter ACTUAL in Reading Type
    3.Save
    4.GO TO >> ASSETS >> ASSETS
    5.Create a new asset called ASSET_TEST
    6.Click on the Meters Tab
    7.Click New Row button
    8.Enter METER_TEST in Meter field
    9.Enter ALL in Average Calculation Method field
    10.Save
    11.Change status to OPERATING
    12.GO TO >> WORK ORDERS >> QUICK REPORTING
    13.Create a new Work Order
    14.Click New Row in Multiple Assets,Locations and CIs
    15.Enter ASSET_TEST in Asset field
    16.Save
    17.DETAIL MENU >> ENTER METER READINGS
    
    CUSTOMERS EXPECTATIONS
    Enter a reading in Quick reportingWorks like work order
    application.
    
    .GO TO >> WORK ORDERS >> WORK ORDER TRACKING
    .Bring up the work order created in step 13
    .In Multiple Assets,Locations and CIs session click detail menu
    >>
    Enter Meter REading
    
    You can see a record in the pop up that you can enter a new
    reading and
    new reading date.
    
    
    CURRENT ERRONEOUS RESULT: The customer is not able to enter
    meter
    reading on the Quick Reporting.

  • Change data source of meter reading from work order to
    multiassetlocci table. Will be available in 7608 Fix Pack
