  • Steps to replicate:
    
    Go to Work Order Tracking
    Create WO: 1212
    Location: BR240
    Asset: 11240
    Save
    APPR
    Copied WO: 1212
    Brought up any existing WO
    Entered 1212 in the Find Work Order search field, clicked the
    search icon
    Clicked on the Actuals tab > Materials sub tab, click New Row,
    typed GLOVES for the Item
    Typed in Storeroom: central
    Click Save
    Receive message: BMXAA8229W - Record WORKORDER : Site=BEDFORD
    Work Order=1212 has been updated by another user. Your changes
    have not been saved. Refresh the record and try again.
    
    
    Created WO: 1213
    Location: BR240
    Asset: 11240
    Save
    APPR
    Brought up any existing WO
    Entered 1213 in the Find Work Order search field, clicked the
    search icon
    Clicked on the Actuals tab > Materials sub tab, click New Row
    Select Value > GLOVES for the Item
    Select Value > Storeroom: central
    Click Save
    Receive message: BMXAA8229W - Record WORKORDER : Site=BEDFORD
    Work Order=1213 has been updated by another user. Your changes

    * Using the work order tracking application, user cannot save  *
    * the actual material. Refetch error was thrown. This error    *
    * happened only in 7606 - a side effect of an internal defect. *
    ****************************************************************

    Use Inventory usage or Issue Current Item in Inventory before
    the fix is available. Release 7.6.0.6 Ifix 1 on December 9 2016
    will include the fix.
