IV90255: MOST COMMLOG DOESNOT WORK AFTER APPLYING 7602 IFIX 007 FOR IV73128.

Error description

  • The problem : Most Commlog doesnot work after applying 7602
    IFIX 007 for IV73128.
    This problem is occurred for WORKORDER/WOACTIVITY/SR's
    communication log
     Before applying 7602 IFIX 007, only problem was in Escalation
    communication.
    - After applying 7602 IFIX 007,  the problem seems fixed.  But
    other commlog got the problem.
    
    
    Steps to replicate.
    0. This problem is occurred in non-English environment ( such
    as Japanese, Korean etc )
    
    1: Go to WOTRACK application
    2: Open a WO - Select action/Create a communcation.
       Send email accordingly.
       Then, the communication log will be entered into COMMLOG
    table.
    
       But, COMMLOG table's ownertable value become ENGLISH. It
    should be non-English value.
    
    3. So, go to Logs tab/ check communcation log.. Then data is
    not displayed.
    
    
    This problem is occurred in other objects such as SR/WOACTIVITY.
    You can also replicate this issue in the Service Request
    application/ Activities and Tasks application / select action -
    create communcation.
    
    
    After applying IFIX,  commlog's ownertable value is saved as
    ENGLISH. it should be non-english value.
