Error description

  • Cannot modify the work log of a closed work order
    
    Steps to Replicate :
    1 ) Navigate to Work Order Tracking and open a closed work
    order that
    has Work Log entries in the Log tab. (ex : 1000)
    2 ) Select Action - Edit History Work Order
    3 ) Select Action - Modify/Delete Work Log
    4 ) Change the summary and/or detail of an existing Work Log
    entry
    5 ) Click OK
    6 ) Save Work Order
    7 ) Work Log mods are not saved.
