Error description

  • STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
    - in Work Order Tracking, select a WO record that Originating
    Record = not Null.
    - Go to Follow-Up Work section on the Workorder tab
    - Place cursor in the small 'i' icon showing on the Originating
    Record field.
    - a Hover window shows with header "Work Order Details"
    - if the Originating Record Class=WORKORDER, then the data in
    the Hover window is populated.
    CURRENT ERRONEOUS RESULT:
    - if the Originating Record Class=SR, then the data in the Hover
    window is displaying INVALID BINBING errors in the following
    fields:
    Work Order number, Work Order Class, Owner Group.
    - if the Originating Record Class=INCIDENT, then the data in
    the Hover window is displaying INVALID BINBING errors in the
    following fields:
    Work Order number, Work Order Class, Owner Group.
    EXPECTED RESULT:
    The Hover window should display data related to the originating
    records, even if they are SR or INCIDENT.
    ADDITIONAL INFO:
    The Hover window that is displayed is always "Work Order
    Details" and its fields do not match values in the SR or
    INCIDENT records.
    There should be a different Hover window displaying data
    specific to Service Requests or Incidents.
