IV87865: WHEN TRYING TO TRANFER BALANCES, CURRENT BALANCES ARE DOUBLED UP UNEXPECTEDLY.

Error description

• The problem :when trying to tranfer balances,  current balances
  are
  doubled up unexpectedly.
  
  Env : 7.5.0.9
  
  
  Steps :
  0) create TESTITEM item
     add this item to CENTRAL storeroom/WAREHOUS bin with 200
  balances.
     Change status to ACTIVE with org/inventory status option
  1) go to the INVENTORY application
  2) open  TESTITEM item - select action/Transfer current item
     quantity :200
     from storeroom : CENTRAL
     to storeroom : CENTRAL ( same with from )
     From BIN  : WAREHOUS
     To BIN : WAREHOUS ( same with from bin )
     Click OK
  
     Got error "BMXAA1755E - Cannot transfer when locations,
  binnums,
  lotnums, conditioncodes, and siteids are all identical."
     Click OK
  
  3)  select action/Transfer current item again.
     quantity :200
     from storeroom : CENTRAL
     to storeroom : CENTRAL ( same with from )
     From BIN  : WAREHOUS
     To BIN : NEWBIN
     Click OK
  
     200 balances should be transferred from WAREHOUS bin to NEW
  BIN.
  It means that  current valance should be 200.
  
     BUt, balance was doubled up to 400. --> Wrong Result !!
     it shows that there are 200 in WAREHOUS bin and 200 in
  NEWBIN.
  
  
     P.S : After getting the error When tring to do the first
  tranfer,
     if you try to transfer again, this problem is occurred.
