Error description

  • Sending communication template directly from Activities and
    Tasks application does not add an entry to the CommLog.
    
    Steps to Reproduce
    1. Go To Change Module > Activities and Tasks application
    2. Open any record. Select Action > Create > Communication
    3. Fill up the needed values. I used an OOB communication
    template 'WFTAPPROVED' and send it to my IBM email id.
    4. I was able to receive the email but the recent commlog(Log
    tab > Communication Log) was not added.
