Error description

• Future Labor Tolerance Entry by Crew Error
  When using the "Enter Time by Crew" screen the dialog is not
  taking into account the future labor tolerance value we have set
  
  Tested and reproduced
  Version of Maximo: 7.6.0.3 / 7603 lastest IFIX , 7604
  Application within Maximo: Labor Reporting
  
  Steps to reproduce:
  
  1) Go to Organizations application
  2) Bring up EAGLENA Organization
  3) Select Action > Labor Options
  4) From Labor Options dialog, enter 24:00 in ?Future Labor
  Transaction
  Tolerance in Hours? and click OK
  5) Go to Crew Types application
  6) Create a new Crew Type CTYPE01 and save
  7) Go to Crews application
  8) Create new CREW01 associated to Crew Type CTYPE01 and save
  9) Go to Labor Reporting application
  10) Select Action > Enter By Crew
  11) From Enter Time By Crew dialog:
  11.1) Enter CREW01 and click on Select Work Order button
  11.2) In Work Order field, select an approved Work Order
  11.3) In Start Time field, enter the current system time. In
  this  example, the current system time is 15:45.
  11.4) In End Time field, enter a value within range of the hours
  defined within the Future Labor Transaction Tolerance.
  The problem At this point, system throws the message:
  "You entered 20:00 You cannot enter actual labor with future
  dates and times (BMXAA264)"
