Error description
Ø Environment: Maximo 7.6.0.4 Concerns/Problem: Unable to acquire the Work Order Status using REST API after upgrading to v7.6.0.4 In Maximo 7.6.0.1, I can get the WO Status using REST API, but after upgrading to 7.6.0.4. I cannot get the WO status using same URI. Below is the example of URI which is working on 7.6.0.0, but not working on 7.6.0.. http://hostname:9080/maxrest/rest/mbo/workorder?_lid=maxadmin&_l pwd=maxadmin&WONUM=TLW00002 The issue not only occurs to Work Order MBO, but also to Asset MBO But this issue does not occur to Work Order OS (MXWO) and Asset OS (MXASSET) Steps to reproduce the issue: I tested the issue on a Maximo 7604 demo, I get the same result as the client get. The issue not only occurs to work Order MBO, but also to Asset MBO. I use the below URL to test the issue on a Maximo 7604 demo: http://hostname:port/maxrest/rest/mbo/workorder?_lid=maxadmin&_l pwd=maxadmin&WONUM=1003 http:// hostname:port/maxrest/rest/mbo/asset?_lid=maxadmin&_lpwd=maxadmi n&ASSETNUM=11240 But below URL work fine: http:// hostname:port/maxrest/rest/os/MXWO?_lid=maxadmin&_lpwd=maxadmin& WONUM=1003 http:// hostname:port/maxrest/rest/os/mxasset?_lid=maxadmin&_lpwd=maxadm in&ASSETNUM=11240 Business Impact: Users are not able to use the REST API to acquire the Work Order Status using REST API.
