Error description

• Tested in 7.5.0.5-IFIX20151201-1013 and 7.6.0.2-LA20151112-0846
  and WAS able to Replicate
  
  Steps to replicate:
  
  1. Go To > Planning > Job Plans. Create Job Plan, JP1. Save and
  Activate.
  2. Create another Job Plan, JP2, with one Planned Material.
  Specify the following values: Organization = EAGLENA, Item Set
  = SET1, Item = 10112, Item Quantity = 1.0, Storeroom = CENTRAL,
  Storeroom Site = BEDFORD. Save and Activate.
  3. Go To > Assets > Assets. Create Asset, A1. Save and set
  status to OPERATING. Create Asset, A2. Save and set status to
  OPERATING.
  4. Go To > Preventive Maintenance > Preventive Maintenance.
  Create new PM, PM1. Set Asset = A1. Set Job Plan = JP1. Set
  Work Order Status = APPR. On the Frequency tab, select Time
  Based Frequency of 1 DAYS, with Estimated Next Due Date of
  today. Save and activate PM.
  5. Create another PM, PM2. Set Asset = A2. Set Job Plan = JP2.
  Set Work Order Status =  APPR. On the Frequency tab, select
  Time Based Frequency of 1 DAYS, with Estimated Next Due Date of
  today. Save and activate PM.
  6. Return to PM1 in Preventive Maintenance. On the PM Hierarchy
  tab, click New Row on Children table. Set PM = PM2. Save.
  7. Select Action > Generate Work Orders. (Can uncheck Use
  Frequency Criteria, if necessary.) Click OK.

  * been updated by another user."                               *

Problem conclusion

• Now, both Parent and Child Work Order are generated without
  error from a Preventive Maintenance record with a child PM
  record, where the child PM record has a Job Plan with a Planned
  Material.
  
  The fix for this APAR is contained in the following maintenance
  package: Fixpack Release TPAE 7.5.0.10.
