  • When compiling a large C++ file, the compiler enters into an
    infinite loop during one of its internal optimizations and
    exhausts all the system memory.

    PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
    The compiler entered into an infinite loop during one of its
    otimizations causing an exhaustion of memory leading to an
    abnormal end of the compilation.
