AND CLCMD = ? AND ORIGINNODE = ? AND IDMGRTOKEN <> ?;> Environment: ITM 6.3.0 - /* 5608-A2800-HKDS630 */ Approver: HT
None. Problem may be circumvented by running reflex action at the TEMS rather than the TEMA.
Reflex Action (System Command) fails to execute for Situation. This problem only occurs in IBM Tivoli Monitoring 6.30 release stream. For a situation that has a defined Reflex Action, the Reflex Action will not be executed if one or more of the following situation settings is defined ... 1) Persistence > 1 2) Formula contains embedded situation 3) Formula contains function, such as COUNT, SUM, AVG ... When the problem occurs, the following messages may also be seen in the monitoring server RAS1 log file: KO41041, KFAA009W, KFAA092I, and KFAA001W.
A correction was made to ensure all necessary SQL parameters are provided, thus allowing situation's Reflex Action to be executed. The fix for this APAR is contained in the following maintenance packages: | fix pack | 6.3.0-TIV-ITM-FP0003
