PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When trying to download configuration files from a central web server the following error appears in the trace log: (52128177.0000-18:kraasica.cpp,71,"outputActivityStatus") *ASI-INFO: URL <http://fm-tremmadm01a/itm/cc/lo/hosts/dsys-uepm31lp1_cnfglist.x ml> Request activity status: syntax error in request returned HTTP status code: 400 RECREATE INSTRUCTIONS: Install LFA 6.3.0 on AIX 6.1 Install Microsoft Web Server on IIS 7.5 Install and configure Centralized Configuration Server Attempt configuration of LFA Agent.
Configure LFA Agent locally without Centralized Configuration Server
When trying to download configuration files from a Central Configuration Server, the Server returns the error "HTTP status code: 400" which appears as an error message in the agent's trace log and the download fails. The format of the packet "If-Modified-Since" field does not include the day like Sat, 29 Oct 1994 19:43:31 GMT which is required by RFC1122, and RFC2616.
Change the initial packet format to Sun, 01 Jan 1900 00:00:00 GMT. The fix for this APAR is contained in the following maintenance packages: | fix pack | 6.3.0-TIV-ITM-FP0003
