Using the filter "Compare Date and Time" seems to return no data. We observe the timestamp displayed in the report, and try to create a filter with the exact same timestamp, but once applied no data is returned. Attached video "TimestampFilter.wmv" is a video demonstrating the behavior. The videos demonstrates the issues using IBM Tivoli Advanced Reporting for DFSMShsm, but it seems to happen for other products also. On the portal client, an empty or incorrect view may be displayed if a 'Compare Date and Time' function is used to filter the result set on a time stamp value. An 'equal' comparison will almost always result in an empty view while 'less than' or 'greater than' comparisons may include more or less data rows than expected. A 'not equal' comparison will almost always be true for all data rows.
The time stamp filter logic was changed to ignore the millisecond part of time stamp data values when comparing against the user-provided comparison value unless that value explicitly includes milliseconds.
