Error description

• Delimiter with tab character 0x09 is changed to 0x00 after map
  is saved and reopened.
  
  Simulation Steps:
  Create map with delimited type input
  Set delimiter (tag or element) to tab character 0x09
  Save map
  Reopen map and the delimiter character gets changed to 0x00

  This only happens in .mxl maps
  
  Expected Behavior:
  The delimiter should not change after saving.
  
  Business Impact:
  Customer has to change the character back as the last step
  whenever a map change is made.

  of mxl format.
